Torinn, Raith, Belomash, and Henrik were joined by Liando and the Dude to drive off cultists in the Mere of Dead Men. Slosh explained that the cult of the dragon and the cult of Myrkl had been pressing local tribes into a conflict as both groups sought to control the mere. More recently, Slosh’s tribe has been threatened with cult activity near the Tower of Silence pushing them out of their tribal hunting grounds.
The adventurers travelled into the Mere, battling lizardfolk and crocodiles before confronting the both cults at the Tower of Silence. Outside the defeated the cult of Myrkul and their Lizardfolk allies, while inside the tower they defeated the cult of the dragon and captured their leader. Interrogation revealed that the Tower contains a portal to the realm of the great red dragon Klauth.
The party brought the cult leader and a defeated construct back to Leilon.
